Returns Policy

In the event you wish to return your goods, provided that you clearly exercise your right to cancel up to and including 14-days from delivery, returns are acceptable, however, all returns will levy a restocking fee of £25 per item, with a minimum charge of £50. This is to labour costs, administrative time and staff to re-stocking.

However, if the items supplied are painted, varnished or a coating of any kind is added as part of the order, then your right to cancel will not apply as the goods will have been made to your specification.

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

TO exercise your right to cancel you must contact us electronically providing a clear statement, describing your order number, name, order address and delivery address if different, company name; if applicable, contact number, email address, order value and the reasons behind the return.

If you decide to cancel, you are responsible for the items until they are received by us and signed for. In the event of damage occurring, you will be liable for the cost of either repair or replacement of the items. You will be responsible for return of the goods, although we can collect them for a collection fee of £100 + Vat. We would then become responsible from the time they are loaded onto our vehicle.

Refunds

If the goods have commenced construction:

If your order has started then a refund is possible, however, any materials used to that date would be deducted form the order value. This would be returned to you via bank transfer, no more than 14-days after receiving the cancellation either by email or post. 

If the goods have been supplied and delivered:

Once the goods have been received back to us, we will restock them, checking for any damage. If damage is found we will send an email with photographic evidence to you after assessing the value of this damage. This damage cost will then be deducted from your order. If there is no damage upon return, then the restocking fees only will apply.

As above, if any protective product, such as but not limited to, primers, paints, varnishes, oils or UV protection is added then the refund will not be permitted as written.
