DELIVERY

There are a number of factors that will determine the delivery time from order. These include, the number of units purchased at any one time, the stock of materials, if you have asked for the items to be primed and painted, oiled or UV protected. There is also the location of delivery to consider as we are South-East based.

ACCESS

Our delivery vehicles are normally transit vans, so access is not normally an issue, however, if you are located within a certain part of London with very thin roads, or in very built up areas with parked traffic causing an issue, or you are simply part of a large on-going construction site or generally have access issues on your own street or property, please inform us at the time of order, so arrangements can be made. It should be noted that if we are not informed of any form of known obstruction prior to delivery and delivery is not possible or refused, additional costs would be levied to accommodate the re-scheduled delivery. The risk of the delivery would then fall on to you.

COSTS

Our delivery may seem high, but please be aware, we are reducing these costs as much as we can with our products, so as most companies will add hidden costs to your product, so delivery seems FREE or highly reduced, the reality is that they you are probably paying much more, but you cannot see it.

We will always be transparent, and our bespoke, high end products' costs are for the work and materials only, leaving our delivery as a separate entity. 

Within these costs are Vehicle, Time and labour costs, Admin to arrange delivery, Wear-and-tear on our vehicles, Fuel and in some instances, Government Tax costs whilst on route. If any of these reduce, we will reduce across the board and be first to pass these on to you.
